Please note that for advance booking a minimum of 2 nights is usually required, however we do occasionally have a one-night slot to fill. Last minute bookings may be accommodated for single nights.
No reservations will be deemed to have been made unless indicated by us in writing, or until a deposit has been received by us and a receipt has been sent to you. A receipt from us is proof of reservation.
Arrival and departure times
Please arrive whenever possible between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. If you wish to arrive outside this time could you please telephone on the morning of your arrival. We ask that rooms be vacated by 10.30am on your last day to enable us to make the rooms ready for new guests arriving.
We should receive deposits within 5 days of booking unless agreed otherwise.
£75 per room.

Cash, cheque or cards please.
Cancellation of booking
In the event of a booking being cancelled by you we would require full payment for the remainder of the period of the booking. We would do everything in our power to re-let the room and in the event that the accommodation was re-let we would of course refund your monies less £10 admin fee. In the unlikely event that we cancel accommodation we would of course refund all monies paid and do our utmost to find alternative quality accommodation in the area.
Our bedrooms are spacious and arranged to accommodate two persons very comfortably.
We do have a family room that can accommodate an extra child.
A double room being used for single occupancy is charged at £70 per night.
Special diets can be accommodated if advanced notice is given.
I'm sorry we do not provide evening meals however there is a list of local recommended restaurants available in each room.
In consideration of all our guests the accommodation is totally non-smoking. Any acceptance of a booking for accommodation is done with this condition and forms part of a contract. Any smoking in a room or bathroom would incur an excess fee of £100 for additional cleaning.
Please note that the majority of our accommodation is on the first floor. If you require a ground floor room please specify this when booking. Help with luggage is provided if required. If you have any other specific access needs please let us know, we are more than happy to help if we can. Please Note We have an access statement on the website.
We recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance to cover the period of your booking as this safeguards both yourself and us in the event you are unable to take up your booking.
